All orders ship monday through friday Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and should take 2-3 working days.

RATES

• spend 200 DHS or more in the UAE and free standard shipping is all yours!
• spend under 200 DHS in the contiguous usa and standard shipping is only 15 DHS

• personalized items take 5-7 days to process
• orders placed after 7am cst on Thursday will process the following Sunday
• customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
• We cannot deliver to po boxes-a valid street address is required!

RETURNS

If you do not like your purchase. well, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed! To return something, please email returns@lala-land.com and give them the order number and reason for return. All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 30 days of the delivery date, Unauthorized returns will be refused.
